Our Spring Externship is a rigorous program that builds skills in software, marketing and growth. Participating students learn and collaborate with our teams and leadership.

After last year’s successful internship program bringing together 26 interns, Todd’s Externship program will significantly expand its early talent development program, with a shorter program that includes more participants and enhanced technical structure.

The Externship provides technical skill-building opportunities to exceptional high school and early college students from communities that have historically been underrepresented. The program is designed to build students’ professional skills and technical acumen in a startup environment.

We hope many of these scholars will pursue careers that will help shape the future of our industry.”
